I liked the black, but a lot of the furniture in my house is black, so I decided to lighten up a little. I also love the drawer pulls here, but since my desk is older, the pulls would have had to be a special order. . . . special order = $. I paid a whopping $10.00 for this desk and I wasn't about to blow that smokin' deal on a few drawer pulls.

The desk turned out fabulous!!! The pulls on the desk look great considering they didn't cost you any extra. Why do pulls & knobs have to be so expensive anyways? You have a great desk there.
